LIBBY BELL
Libby Bell is now undertaking an MSc in Fire Safety Engineering through the University of Central Lancashire. Libby has been a health and safety consultant with Vittaflor for six years now. Previous positions were as a health and safety consultant to Queensland Health, Education Queensland, Queensland Transport and as an Occupational Hygienist with Queensland Police Service. Since coming to the UK in 1998 Libby has been employed as a health and safety advisor with Ove Arup Partnership London and health and safety consultant (Associate) with Nelson Bakewell. Libby graduated in 1995 from Queensland University of Technology (BrisbaneAustralia) with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Health and Safety).
Libby’s interests include reading, swimming and trying to keep the plants in her garden alive. Libby lives in Oxshott with her partner David and daughter Isabella.
MIKE FULLER
Mike Fuller recently joined us as a health and safety consultant, having previously worked as a health and safety consultant for Nelson Bakewell since 2001. Mike has been involved in health and safety auditing and risk management in the property management and public sector since 1996, was the senior auditor on the Jubilee Line Extension project and has over twenty years experience in Quality Assurance and health and safety management in mechanical engineering, medical diagnostics and property management.
Mike lives in Kent with his wife Carole and daughters Melissa and Zoe.
ALISTAIR MILNER
Our fire consultant Alistair Milner worked as a fire safety consultant for National Britannia Group and prior to that was a Building Surveyor for Worcestershire County Council. Alistair is currently an elected Associate Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers (AIFireE) together with appearing upon their Register of Fire Risk Assessors and Auditors for Life Safety and an elected Member of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (MIFSM) also appearing upon their Register of Fire Risk Assessors. Alistair is about to commence the CFPA Europe Diploma In Fire Prevention.
Alistair has been interested in cycle racing since leaving school, particularly competing in time trials and long distance events. He has been a member of several leading cycling clubs throughout the country and has trained with the Olympic and Commonwealth Games teams. Alistair has organised several cycle races especially in 1992 when he ran the British Cycling Federation West Yorkshire Division road race championships. Alistair regularly helps out and assists local cycling clubs when they are holding events in his area. Other interests include reading, walking, eating out and enjoying the Flemish Ardennes countryside in Belgium. Alistair lives in Kidderminster with his wife Jane and son Oliver.
